Confused about all the diet choices out there? Not sure which way to turn?
Many would-be dieters are asking me which diet they should choose. Even I have trouble picking the very best one, since each one has features that I really like.
But if I had to pick an online program that will most likely work well for you, I would have to say … drumroll, please … eDiets!
Why eDiets?
Because it is the most versatile and easy to follow. And because this online program features a variety of eating plans to choose from. If one doesn’t seem right, you can try another.
The diet plans range from the Atkins Diet to the healthy Mayo Clinic Plan and the Mediterranean Diet. Other popular programs that are available include Suzanne Somers’ Weight Loss Plan, Bill Phillips’ Eating for Life, and the Glycemic Impact Diet. Specially formatted diets geared to the diabetic, the vegetarian, and those with specific health concerns are available as well. You may want to check out their program to see the complete list. Or you can read my complete eDiets review. eDiets is one of our featured Best Diet Programs.
And if fixing your own meals seems too difficult, check out the eDiets Deliciously Yours meal delivery plan. According to a recent review, this diet delivery program ranked number one in taste and nutrition. What’s more, eDiets Deliciously Yours was significantly more affordable than their second choice, ZoneChefs Diet Delivery.
Does eDiets provide too many choices? Quite possibly. You may feel overwhelmed and afraid to choose. But relax. eDiets lets you kick the tires of any diet you like. If it doesn’t seem to work for you, try another.
You see, one major key to successful dieting is to find the eating program that works for you. A recent study of diet plans found that they all worked … IF the dieters stuck to the program. So finding a plan you can live with is the answer to weight loss success.
You are likely to find your best plan at eDiets, where the process of dieting online has been perfected. First, eDiets allows you to select your choice of diet plan. Then it helps you customize a weekly menu. For instance, if you want to change your lunch selection to a chicken salad pita sandwich with asparagus salad instead of a turkey burger with healthy fries, you can do that. In fact, you can have the same menu selection every day if you prefer. The program also provides shopping lists and recipes to go with your selected menus.
When it comes to exercise, you get daily workout suggestions along with detailed instructions, designed for your fitness level and preferences. The fitness plan seems to be a well-rounded workout program that can be done at home, without a need for a gym or expensive equipment.
The community support features are popular with many participants. You may find that connecting to others in the same boat may provide you with ideas, inspiration, encouragement, or just a sounding board. Or you may want to seek answers to your questions from eDiets’ panel of experts. All in all, eDiets has the most support options when compared to similar online programs.
Another plus is that the Recipe Club and Fitness Plan are now included free of charge. If you sign up now, the complete eDiets program costs only $4.49 a week, a 45% savings off of the regular price. To me, this seems a bargain.
A young friend of mine, a nurse with whom I work closely, just signed up for eDiets. (I’ll call her Nancy, although that is not her real name.) Nancy told me today that she loves the program. “eDiets makes it so easy!” were her exact words.
Nancy finds that the personalized menus as well as the customized workout plans simplify her efforts. “I chose the Atkins plan because I think it will help me lose weight the fastest. I have only 3 weeks until our beach vacation!”
You might want to take Nancy’s recommendations and try eDiets yourself. Simplify your weight loss efforts with a customized meal plan that you design (with their help). They really do make it easy. Go to eDiets now.
